APS Small Business Consulting Program

APS Small Business Consulting Program is a three-step program where we assist in making the right decisions and changes required for your small business. The program is designed to offer a holistic and complete solution for your business venture. The final stage is split into three separate tiers – Foundation, Specialist and Master, where you get to choose the appropriate depth of support.

 

Stage 1: Complimentary Initial Consultation

APS Advisory Group will commence the APS Small Business Consulting Program by offering a complimentary 60 minute consultation where we cover the following:

  • Your background and experience.
  • An overview of your business and the product or service on offer.
  • Your competitive advantage: what distinguishes your offering from its competitors.
  • Review your short term and long term goals.
  • Identify the challenges your business may face.
  • Offer advice on what to do next.

 

Stage 2: Half Day Workshops

Wewill organise two half day workshops at either our APS office or your workspace, where we will dedicate the time to work through the following:

  • Identify a vision or elevator pitch that will establish interest.
  • Work through the identified short and long term SMART goals.
  • Work through the business challenges and commence establishing some mitigation strategies.
  • Your business’s SWOT analysis.
  • Establish a budget framework.
  • Discuss the financial model.
  • Build a timeline or roadmap.
  • Workshop the ‘points of difference’ or competitive advantage.

 

Stage 3: Ongoing Commercial Support

Description: Once we have completed Stage 1 & 2, we move into the ongoing support packages to help you setup, manage and grow your business. There are three levels on offer on the final stage of the package: Foundation, Specialist & Master.

  • Foundation

  • Agreement Term: / Minimum term is 3 months.

  • Business coaching and support
  • Commercial and Strategy advice
  • Monthly one hour one-on-one / ZOOM session
  • Establishing a budget and ongoing review
  • Access to templates and other online material
  • Supporting in the creation of key documents.
  • Funding options (for growth and working capital)
  • Support in business growth initiatives (inorganic)
  • Specialist

  • Agreement Term: / Minimum term is 3 months. Clients will receive a 5% discount for a 6 month term. Clients will receive a 15% discount for a 12 month term.

  • Business coaching and support

  • Establishing a budget and ongoing review
  • Access to templates and other online material
  • Supporting in the creation of key documents.
  • Funding options (for growth and working capital)

  • Agreement Term: / Minimum term is 3 months. Clients will receive a 5% discount for a 6 month term. Clients will receive a 15% discount for a 12 month term.
